Refund policy

You are not allowed to order or obtain products or services from this website if you do not agree to these terms, you are not at least 18 years old, or you are prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using this website or any of its content, products, or services.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. You can return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or exchange.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, MOUNTED WHEELS AND MOUNTED TIRES. You mount them you own them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please check all products for any damage before use. For wheel-only orders, it's your responsibility to test fit them to your vehicle before having the tires mounted. Once the tires are mounted, we cannot accept returns, even if there are fitment issues.
For wheel/tire package purchases, it’s your responsibility to test fit the products before using them. Once the wheels/tires are mounted on your vehicle, we cannot accept returns. If you have any fitment concerns, please address them before placing your order.
To start a return/refund process, please reach out to us for a return authorization. Once approved, all items must be returned within ten (10) days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After we receive the returned product, please allow fourteen (14) days for the funds to be processed. 15% restocking fee. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
